Even the 20 be/l they doomsday picked and occured just one time, but they put in the headline = 543 picocurries/liter vs the 3 pico/l drinking level, is 181 times the allowable, though stating it as 18,100% sounds much more dramatic. Areas not directly contaminated by the ocean currents can still be contaminated by precipitation. If/When the rain turns yellow and the TV talking-heads tell you that it's "just pollen" ...
