			<description><![CDATA[<p>The dynamic filter is right on the money, however a straight statistical distribution is not going to be enough. You&#x27;ve been around long enough enough to see it fail repetively. Another method of working with the dynamics needs to be developed that is more accurately determine what is going on. Funny, that you should bring that up today when I just start looking at dynamic tracking methods.</p>]]></description>
