			<description><![CDATA[<p>It has been nearly a year since I contacted the state Delegate in my district. Of course, I have not heard a peep out of him concerning my questions of privacy upon winning a jackpot.<br /><br />Lots of cash goes into the Virginia school system. I support that noble gesture with a few lottery tickets now and then.<br /><br />However, I do not support voting for someone who has avoided answering my query. Therefore, I will exercise my American right and just not vote for the current occupier of the seat in my district.<br /><br />Probably, the best thing to do is not to be concerned about the issue at a pre-win level. I certainly am not going to pay a lawyer for advice at this point.<br /><br />It&#x27;s time to move on to more potentially solveable problems such as calculating pi to infinity.<br /><br />From the &#x27;olplugger, have a great day!!<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/58556">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
