It has been nearly a year since I contacted the state Delegate in my district. Of course, I have not heard a peep out of him concerning my questions of privacy upon winning a jackpot.
Lots of cash goes into the Virginia school system. I support that noble gesture with a few lottery tickets now and then.
However, I do not support voting for someone who has avoided answering my query. Therefore, I will exercise my American right and just not vote for the current occupier of the seat in my district.
Probably, the best thing to do is not to be concerned about the issue at a pre-win level. I certainly am not going to pay a lawyer for advice at this point.
It's time to move on to more potentially solveable problems such as calculating pi to infinity.
