The paradox exists unfortunately because of political correctness and people that keep voting in politicos like peloosi, schumer, grahamnesty, mclame, barry, plugs biden, hillary, shelia jaxson, rangled,..... i've been asxing that question for years......how the he11 can they fund and enforce anything effectively if everybody isn't participating honestly and legally etc...???? There is an enormous underground economy and society numbering in the billions and millions that only take from the accountable economy but don't contribute back. I think I know how to fix it, it'll hurt but it'll work.... [ More ]

Fathom the hypocrisy of a government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen. Now add this, Many of those who refuse, or are unable, to prove they are citizens will receive free insurance paid for by those who are forced to buy insurance because they are citizens.
