The paradox exists unfortunately because of political correctness and people that keep voting in politicos like peloosi, schumer, grahamnesty, mclame, barry, plugs biden, hillary, shelia jaxson, rangled,..... i've been asxing that question for years......how the he11 can they fund and enforce anything effectively if everybody isn't participating honestly and legally etc...???? There is an enormous underground economy and society numbering in the billions and millions that only take from the accountable economy but don't contribute back.   I think I know how to fix it, it'll hurt but it'll work.

Laws are made to be broken under this Admin, and laws can be easily repealed also. The Slumlord is going to be very busy soon...!
