			<description><![CDATA[<p>I spoke with Iowa Lottery security this morning to verify Todd&#x27;s vicious lies, and was told that PowerBall has always been conducted in Iowa, except during their remote drawing tours, when they travel to different states to promote the game. I explained the situation I&#x27;ve put myself in, and even stressed my embarrassment over it, but they politely refused to move the game to Virginia to vindicate me. Go figure.
