			<description><![CDATA[<p>Why can&#x27;t the gentleman except the $10,000 go on and be happy, people always sometime try and get something for nothing, just think of it this way , what did you come with?  Not $10,000 I feel that it is only agreed :-(this seems to happen all the time when there is money involved people give very greedy, they will lie, cheat, and do whatever it takes to get money.That makes me so sick to my stomach .</p>]]></description>
