			<description><![CDATA[<p>i like the idea of individual counties holding elections to determine if it is ok to sell lottery tickets in their respective counties, but it says that different counties would establish lotteries, then would the games be run by the state, or could different counties carry different games? either way, a lottery in NC is way overdue, and it looks like they are interested in more than multi-state games. it&#x27;s nice to see a state starting up a lottery for reasons other than they can sell multi-stat... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/news/107372/335410">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
