			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ouch.  I hope so too.  Then retailers can be less strict on the players.  Some retailers are very picky.  They are uptight about cashing in free instant tickets for online games.  But some retailers have no problems with it.  I wish they would make a set of rules that every retailer has to abide by.  The TN lottery said it was up to that retailer how they cash in free tickets.  Some retailers will give you the money.
