			<description><![CDATA[<p>Henry says Oklahomans are excited about kicking off the lottery and raising money for education.I&#x27;m betting they&#x27;re a lot more excited about buying tickets and hoping to win prizes than they are about &#x27;raising money for education&#x27;.  That would be a nice referendum sometime.
