			<description><![CDATA[<p>No, that just demonstrates the difference in the annuity calculations between MM and PB.<br /><br />To see the difference in action, go to www.usamega.com and click on Jackpot Analysis for both Mega Millions and Powerball.  USA Mega is unique in that not only does it have the tax rates for all the states, but you can also see a full breakdown of increasing yearly annuity payments for Powerball.  I don&#x27;t think any other web site has that feature.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery has grown to $82 million.<br /><br />None of the tickets sold for last night&#x27;s $68 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.<br /><br />The next drawing is Friday.<br /><br />There were seven second-prize winners: 1 from Illinois, 2 from New Jersey, 3 from New York, and 1 from Virginia.
