			<description><![CDATA[<p>Let&#x27;s just say for discussion sake as of the drawing cutoff time on December 31st they have sold 450,000 tickets.  That would leave 50,000 tickets unsold, those numbered 450,001 to 500,000.  Do they still do the drawing on the December 31st?  If so do they just make it from a pool of 450,000?  Are all the prizes still offered</p>]]></description>
