Lightning did strike twice for a Wichita man, at least when it comes to Kansas lottery games.

Two months ago, Larry McDaniel-Sheets purchased a $2 Bonus Crossword ticket at the C C Store in Wichita, winning a $20,000 top prize. Last Friday afternoon, much to his disbelief, McDaniel-Sheets purchased a $2 The Duke instant scratch ticket at the same location, winning another top prize of $10,000.
