			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow, the breakdown of powerplay tickets to non-powerplay tickets is very interesting.  1,332,940 winning tickets without the powerplay, and only 201,673 with the powerplay.  I assume the ratio of total tickets purchased is about the same?  I really thought more people would be taking Powerplay.<br /><br />My local news did a live remote from a lottery outlet at 10pm and announced a $200k ticket was purchased in Idaho.
