			<description><![CDATA[<p>A single ticket has won the grand prize in the Tuesday evening Mega Millions lottery drawing.<br /><br />Lottery officials say the winning ticket from Tuesday night&#x27;s drawing worth $24 million was sold in Baltimore, Md.<br /><br />Maryland Lottery Director Buddy Roogow says the ticket was sold at 6:22 p.m. Tuesday at Carroll Station, a convenience store. Coincidentally, the store is about four blocks from the lottery headquarters.<br /><br />The identify of the winning ticket holder is not known.
