Well dont stop in Tennessee if you ever travel through here and want to gamble....Go to Georgia like I do.They are so good to their players......The travel is so worth it....

I may be out of line on this one, but it seems strange that officials are having issues because Profits are down due to payouts? But isn't it that the point of playing lottery. I mean, let's face it, that money comes from the PLAYERS why shouldn't they benefit at least sometime. California is having the opposite problem. Lower sales due to lack of trust in our lottery system.

I live in Ky and I hit a lot of winners with scratch-offs..Seems to be a lot of them..I'd love to hit the Win For Life rather then the Power Ball,but I'd take either..

How can Kentucky be doing so good, when they pay 50 bucks for a 3/5 in kentucky cashball...They have the best lottery but i wasn't expecting them to be doing so superb...I mean knowing the kind of percentage that the state takes....

I thought revenue and profit were the same word...

When you start to reduce the amount of money that you pay out to players, your sales drop dramatically, Polston said.

Well,DUH!

If you don't have decent payouts,people won't play.

The Kentucky Lottery brought in record revenues despite a souring economy, an audit released Wednesday showed.

The audit of the Kentucky Lottery showed that the lottery brought in $778.2 million up about 4.6 percent from the previous year but its profits were down about 2.7 percent.
