			<description><![CDATA[<p>I may be out of line on this one, but it seems strange that officials are having issues because Profits are down due to payouts? But isn&#x27;t it that the point of playing lottery. I mean, let&#x27;s face it, that money comes from the PLAYERS why shouldn&#x27;t they benefit at least sometime. California is having the opposite problem. Lower sales due to lack of trust in our lottery system.</p>]]></description>
