			<description><![CDATA[<p>$10 is more reasonable than the $20 cost for a Florida raffle ticket, although Florida offered bigger prizes. Even $5 would make a raffle a lot of fun for everyone. I&#x27;m sure there were a lot of people here who wanted to buy a raffle ticket, but $20 for one ticket was too much.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>For $10, the Oregon Lottery says the odds of becoming a millionaire will be better than than the average lottery ticket.<br /><br />The lottery is offering its first raffle, with a guaranteed $1 million jackpot to be announced on March 17, St. Patrick&#x27;s Day.
