No gambling problem in Vegas, I think that fact needs to be checked. The company he worked for was sold, only after checks were bouncing and health insurance cancelled without employees being told.

These first two comments are great ideas!

Being, a COO, Lyle probably already knows this and will NEED to use those losing scratch-off tickets to reduce his own tax burdon come this March or whenever. Hopefully he's been smart enough to request his lawyer to obtain those additional losing scratch-off tickets that were in his desk from the prosecuting lawyer.

To me, this is the most disturbing part of this story, and the best argument against scratch-offs ever. Yikes

Paul W. Lyle learned that he won the grand prize in a Kansas Lottery second-chance drawing at his preliminary hearing 11 days ago.
