For instance, there would be have to be phone calls made and that kind of thing can take ages.

I'm not sure if your state's lottery office also offers that. Therefore, it's best to call the toll-free phone # listed on their website. Most lottery customer service representatives answer the phone live within 5 minutes. In my state, they've never rushed my questions, and have been thorough and pleasant.

Radio spots from a million-dollar advertising blitz for the Massachusetts Lottery continued to run yesterday, two days after state Treasurer Timothy P. Cahill, an independent gubernatorial candidate, said he would stop airing the taxpayer funded advertisements.
