			<description><![CDATA[<p>The scanners are easy to use and show how much the ticket won. The monitor facing the player plays you&#x27;re in the money and totals the amount won when players cash multiple tickets.<br /><br />One thing the Kentucky Lottery does that I believe is outstanding is Cashing Agents where tickets up to $5000 can be cashed. There are several of them located throughout the state. Considering that Kentucky is a small market state with a population under 5 million, they do a very nice job.</p>]]></description>
