Yeaaaaaaaa, I finally matched four numbers on super cash. wow after playing 40 lines every night, Its about time. Sometimes I only play 30 lines per night and play pic three and pic four also one line on badger. Never the less, It still amounts to $22.00 dollars every night or more. often, isn't always and if I had to list people with nice qualifications being wrong there wouldn't be enough room in this entire website but just as an example of someone with impressive qualifications being dead wrong, look at Bernie Madoff. What is a more impressive qualification than being the ex-chairman of NASDAQ? Nice qualifications and being right are not the same thing, not now and not ever.

I don't think there is any law against buying a ticket for someone in exchange for a fee. If there was, I doubt it will hold up in court.

As a US citizen, you are not immune to income taxes, just because the money is earned in a different country. It's illegal to hide money offshore if you are benefiting from it in any way while living in the USA.

Well, noticed that an American resident can purchase one of these tickets via LotteryPost.com's link. I have a couple of questions therefore:

- How much is each ticket is U.S. dollars?

- Would I be required to split the jackpot of my sole winning ticket with the purchasing agent of my ticket who resides in Europe?

- What percentage would I be required to pay to the European Country of which the proxy bought my ticket and also what percentage would I be required to pay to my America Coun... [ More ]

These changes actually make the EuroMillions jackpot 50% harder to win! ( it's only 2 extra little balls, right... )

The stated reason is to create more rollovers. An extra draw a week makes them build up quicker, and making it harder to win makes them roll up bigger.

And big prizes sell more tickets.

But when you already got rollovers over 100 million - is this really such a good change..?

I'd be happier seeing more winners, not less

i looked up the odds on hteir millionaire raffle draw. the one guranteed a winner ea game.

it says a 1 in 3 mill for tue draws and 1 in 9 mill for fridays.

if i was there i would def be playing the tuesday, even if just for the 2 min entry

You are 100% correct Sandia, The cost of living is extremely expensive. People here should not be envious, try living there and you will definately say God Bless America . it seem as if they have V.A.T (Value Added Tax) for everything including TV's they own. With that amount of money up for grabs I will work up some Power Numbers to give to my sister to play for herself.

I forgot to ask and make one obvious observation, standard of living side, the state of the economy and lack of productive workforce who are actually working for obvious reasons of high unemployment (what else could it be?) Might give a different view on this, am I right

Very true, while us Americans might be envying our European counterpants for paying no taxes for the lottery (actually, the taxes are removed before the advertised amount is displayed which makes it SORT of the same, still, does not look that way). You do realize that the standard of living cannot be compared per se, cost of living differs and how wealth is viewed differs from our own understanding. The best thing is the lottery is not taxed in Europe, so this would be equivalent to a $300 Million jackpot in the US. And you get an immediate lump sum payment.
