i don't know how some hillbillie moonshiner from the poorest section of the country(it being appalachia) can disparage me,nh,vt. although there are more cows than people at least the population isn't inbred like 90% of your neighbors.

Tri-State sounds too Soviet Bloc.

They ought to merge those three states into one and call it New Vermin Hamper.

They're plum loaded with ticks with Lyme Disease up there anyway.

I heard Chuckie Schumer went up there and got bit by one.

Sounds like maybe all them pretests and post tests are wearing out the machines.

Or maybe the pretests are just enough to build up enough static electricity to make the balls stick to the plastic.

Players of the Tri-State Pick 4 lottery had two chances to win this week when a ball left in the drawing machine led to two sets of winning numbers.

Lottery officials said they discovered that a ball was inadvertently left in the chute of the drawing machine before Tuesday's evening winning numbers were drawn, so the number wasn't included in the drawing.

Officials decided to hold another drawing Wednesday and pay out on both sets of Pick 4 numbers for the Tuesday evening draw.
