you have a valid point there MADDOG10, it definitly could be more to this then meet the eye. I agree they should dig deeper it could be time to clean house and start with all new people.

I myself think this committee is in disaray, and they needed a scapegoat since Ernie is resigning.

Maybe they ought to look deeper into this committee, and there might be a few resignations on their part...

If there was a problem last year about Passailaigue, Barden and other lottery employees not properly documenting their travel and filing claiming for reimbursement without sufficient receipts, and Legislative audit said something about it last year they when so far as to ask Michael Hyde to give them monthly reports about the audit situation plus they specifically give the duty of addressing each issues and it still a problem 12 months later, he has give some kind of report in these many, monthl... Outgoing Arkansas Lottery Director Ernie Passailaigue gave his last scheduled report to state lawmakers today, as the lottery's internal auditor said new questions have arisen about Passailaigue's travel reimbursements.

Michael Hyde told the legislative committee that oversees the lottery today that he has referred to the Division of Legislative Audit a few things that came up.

It was of a nature that I felt like it needed to be investigated, he said.
