			<description><![CDATA[<p>Still, sales have not kept up with the growth of HOPE, and scholarships to students have been cut back in recent years.<br /><br />I&#x27;ve always thought that the beneficiaries should benefit after seeing what funds are available instead of allowing them to grow out of proportion in relation to income in anticipation of projected growth.</p>]]></description>
