It used to be possible to to buy season tickets for Mass Cash from out of state. But they started having daily draws and stopped selling season tickets for it. The good thing is you can buy advanced plays for 30 games when you visit. Good luck.

I did a search for those 5 numbers in all states for all past history and the results say that is the first and only time they have come up together in a Pick5 anywhere.

I probably wouldn't have played them myself.

Everyone has favorite numbers, but this is ridiculous.

On Oct. 3, 11 players bought Mass Cash tickets with the numbers 1, 4, 6, 8 and 9. All of the nine who have claimed their $100,000 prizes picked the numbers themselves rather than letting the lottery computer pick random numbers.

Lottery officials said some winners said they played that combination because it represents five Red Sox players whose retired numbers hang above right field at Fenway Park: Bobby Doerr, Joe Cronin, Johnny Pesk... [ More ]
