They must be aware that online lottery will mean minors will be playing. If they win, maybe then they'll tell their parents so they can cash out. Nothing on the web is off limit to kids online.

It seems that they are not just expanding the lottery itself, but also expanding a wide range of opportunities to others. I love this idea that every lottery hopefuls will have a more chance of winning or even playing the lottery games...

This would be great, you know how many times I gotta go to the ATM to withdraw money to play numbers? But only if it applies to 3 digit, 4 digit and quinto, cuz I am not a mega/powerball player. Anymore. I suck at those.

The move to privatize is being opposed by Democrats and the state's largest employee union...

If that's true then it will probably be a good thing for the people of the state because the Democrats are probably skimming money off the top and the unions only care about what's good for them, not the people.

The administration of Gov. Tom Corbett said Friday that expanding Pennsylvania Lottery gambling to keno and online games will be one of the best ways to produce more revenue from the $3.5 billion lottery system that funds programs for the elderly.

The administration made the statement as part of an update on its talks with companies about privatizing the management of the $3.5 billion lottery system under a 20-year agreement.
