Think this is good, it adds new twist to the game...I'm sure some lottery players are excited to try this out.

Here in NC, we are doing this now! I enter all my non- winning scratch off's in the lucke-zone. Then I use them for points into games that I can win 25,000 dollars and also enter my points in on another game where I can win 2,500 every Wednesday. Have not won nothing yet, about to run out of points. Got to buy more scratch off's. Only enter the losing ticket's. They said later on they are going to be able to enter non winning PB and MM non winning tickets soon.

The top prize was the highest you could win for that scratch off ticket. So let's say the top prize for a game was 50,000. Once they stop selling the game they would do a drawing and give away 50,000.

Ok, so what is the top prize $100.... $1000.....

In AZ they spend $20 million in advertising to promote a $52k prize.

They do it here in Arkansas. They have a top prize drawing for each ticket. It's the main reason I enter mine.

I love Kentucky lottery. They payout $600 on cash 3. Instead of the normal $500

200? Seriously? Either they are expecting this to drive a lot of dumpster diving or they're projecting that scratch off ticket sales will go through the roof

The Kentucky Lottery has launched the new Fun Club Rewards program, a multi-part initiative which rewards players with points for eligible non-winning scratch-off tickets purchased while making them automatically entered into drawings to win large cash prizes.
