When the structure of the vendor market opens to new players, with progressive ideas for web-crafted products (and a fair chance of having their work vetted) Lotteries will benefit from solutions not currently available.

Cornball Corbett will be reviewing the options now. He needs to give up the push towards

an insane situation and just leave things as they are. What moron makes assinine changes

to an already well oiled machine? It's bad enough when blatant favoritism for one's own

With so many people unemployed in the country you telling me Americans are incapable of running a Lottery, that they not smart enough? Gov. Tom Corbett is pressing state Attorney General Kathleen Kane to say whether she'll approve a contract to hire a British firm to manage the $3.5 billion Pennsylvania Lottery.
