I jumped to the same conclusion, but I'm not a bigot. Rdg.....I don't think the 10-15 will do much good nor will deporting this unique individual. We just had one down here that was DUI and killed a motorist week before last...Hes been deported twice before.

Very sad. No money for his child but plenty to spend on the lottery.

I read that he had a parole violation back in 2012. He has two sexual assault convictions including one with a minor.

Pretty hard to make any money when you spend time behind bars.

NY has the same law. Any lottery winnings claimed are subject to an audit of owed debts including child support, taxes, welfare repayment, etc.

Winnings from a Georgia Lottery ticket are under dispute as two people and state child support officials have laid claim to the $25,000 prize.

Through the state Attorney General's Office, Georgia Lottery Corp. officials have asked a Fulton County Superior Court judge to make a decision.
