Todd, no apostrophe is needed in the headline. The title should read, Wyoming Lottery Has Its First Winner. No apostrophe in its.

The good news is, in Wyoming, lottery winners have the right to remain anonymous. I hope the winner takes advantage of the opportunity to protect their privacy. Winners who have their identity published are inundated with requests for assistance, plus there are some crazies out there.

Wyoming Lottery history was made during Monday's drawing as one lucky ticket laid claim to Cowboy Draw's first million dollar jackpot.

A customer at an east Casper grocery store purchased WyoLotto's first $1 million Cowboy Draw ticket on Sunday, the Wyoming Lottery Corporation announced.

The winning ticket was bought at Ridley's grocery store at 300 East Wyoming Boulevard in Casper. The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 5, 10, 16, 23, and 31.
