This could never happen to me because I dont save my tickets, and most certainly not for almost a year. But, on the other hand I do check my tickets after the each drawing.

Good news for the winner and bad news for the New York Lottery. I sincerely hope this is truly legit, and not just a ploy by the winner to avoid sharing with a spouse{in divorce proceedings} or some other people that might have a claim at the time of purchase. People can be creative . WE SHALL SEE
