If you're not familiar with the Hot Lotto scandal, start here and follow the links. The reason I mentioned the scandal is all three of OK state games and Hot Lotto are RNG drawings. The question is not can RNG drawings be rigged , but how many times were they rigged .

Maybe off topic, but the OK Lottery offers Hot Lotto and knowing Hot Lotto games were fixed, why are people still playing?

Supporters of House Bill 1837, which was signed into law by Gov. Mary Fallin, say the removal of the 35 percent requirement will increase prizes, resulting in more players and more funding for education.

The smart states are the ones that don't demand X amount from their lottery for scholarships or an unreasonable percentage. The OK lottery online games payoffs are on par with other states, especially their Cash 5 game so unless they offer some new games, I don't see how they will entice new... [ More ]

The Oklahoma Lottery is revamping its products and marketing strategy in light of a recent law change removing the requirement that 35 percent of its profits go to education.
