This story took 2 months to go viral. She won in May and the CA Lottery posted this story in May. Her photo has been on the

top of the photo lottery stories and someone who was doing lottery stories a few days ago thought it was a new story but people

who check the CA Lottery web site knew about this for two months. The CA Lottery web site has not posted new photos of big

winners in almost 2 months.

If it's a ripoff (ripp off???), then why do you play?

Lottery games are games of chance. No more, no less. You plunk down your money and either win something, or lose. If you lose, there's no crying, no whining. No ripp off.....no rigging.

The lottery is not that easy to win. What they are trying to do here is to try to get the young people to play. I don't bet no more than a dollar on mega millions or a two dollar for a powerball. The lottery is atill a ripp off.

Many of us when we were 19 possibly didn't know what to do. When I was 19 I would have blown it away but as you get older you get wiser and smarter with finances. One of the sentences and I had to read over again says it changed her life forever. That is not a good sign seriously.

A California teen is celebrating two big lottery wins in just a week.

19-year-old Rosa Dominguez was recently driving home from Arizona when she decided to make a pit-stop at a gas station in Paso Robles, California. While there, she decided to buy a few instant scratch-off tickets, and one of those was a $5 Power 5's ticket that would change her life. Dominguez scratched that ticket and discovered she'd won the top prize of $555,555!
