			<description><![CDATA[<p>You&#x27;ve got it verbatim and from a Massachusetts Season ticket holder in KY this is true. I have friends/relatives get my Season tickets for the national lotteries (PB,MM LFL) when they have their sale. Like I&#x27;ve said before, you cannot beat seven weeks free if you do the entire year. Correct me fellow LP posters, but the best of my knowledge no other state offers anything even remotely close, if at all.<br /><br />Here in KY I can play on-line or in the store. When will retailers learn that they cannot stop change and that they don&#x27;t drive the markets, the consumer does. If we left it to retailers we&#x27;d still be using whale oil and candles.
