I think they said if you pay for it in cash at a retailer and you choose to register it online, it has to be from a device located in Massachusetts. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Last I knew they don&#x27;t take American Express cards. Others are OK. You call them up, give them the #&#x27;s or QP for MM Doubler or Mass Cash. Then they mail you a 3 X 8 or so heavy paper ticket with perforations to take out the ticket if you want. If you visit in person the retailer prints out the paper ticket along with another piece of paper that you do on-line or mail it to them and they fill it out for you. I cant imagine why they wouldn&#x27;t if they&#x27;ll take credit card info over the phone.<br /><br />The reason I ask is because as I mentioned in my 2nd post subscription forms are only available at lottery retailers. I think you re saying the same thing about the Mass Lottery if i m not misinterpreting your post. That s probably why you can only get a subscription form at a lottery retailer in Mass.
