Anyone Stop to THINK For a Second Maybe Those Children's Parents are No longer on this Earth?

Due to Illness, Car accident, Serving their Country, Natural Disaster or for whatever Reason Beyond Their or anyone else's Control???

At least these two Children Have Grandparents who Want to Raise them. Many Don't even have that...

Maybe both of the parents are in jail or maybe they're both eating out of dumpsters when they're not trying to score some meth, but there are also plenty of reasons completely beyond their control that could explain why the grandparents are raising the kids.

As i know a few who would be hpyerventilating, awww she sound wonderful.

i am so happy for her. A parent or parents who can't seemingly raise their own child due to either

-drugs and or alcohol or illness

-Not mentally mature enough yet to take care of the babies, the children etc.al.,

(not sure) but i m in support ofa family member having first dibs to raise the kid before a stranger,

but at times, social services(cps,dss sc.or nc,va. dss child protection services )etc., th... [ More ]

A South Carolina grandma has big plans for her jackpot lottery prize.

Jennifer Flannery was on her way to work and in a bad mood when she stopped at a gas station in Spartanburg and bought a Queen of Hearts scratch-off lottery ticket for $10, according to a release from the South Carolina Education Lottery.

She scratched the ticket when she got to work and then told her boss she had to leave when she saw she won $250,000, the release says.
