Good question Jeff. First off, l do not play scratchers bud. The only reason l went to the site was to check out how much CA pays out on a Top prize costing $20.

Second: Before the scroll down of the games Jeff, there is an update in real time, when l checked last night- it read 6-30-20, meaning if you went to the store the next day, you at least knew that there were X amount of top prizes left. I checked on your CA website and like KY and other states it does say top prizes still available. However in KY, not sure about CA, when you pull up an individual game you should see the bold print on the bottom. Says even if top prizes are won, tickets may still be sold. Does CA say that too? Now I could swear that Virginia used to pull lottery games when the top prizes were won.
