			<description><![CDATA[<p>This happens to be a very dangerous world we live in. Some crooks are so clever all they need is your name and city, they will find the rest. You&#x27;re sitting there in your new mansion with 300 million in the bank and not a care in the world. Meanwhile there is a crook turning over every rock looking for you because the lottery published your name and hometown. I think this rule should be applied in every state for all prizes over $100,000. Just for safety.</p>]]></description>
