This was a very depressing video. The majority of lottery winners aren't this bad, because they are neither drug addicts nor Low IQ people to begin with. I am more worried about getting into trouble with the IRS (even after hiring a lawyer and an experienced CPA) than telling free loaders/phony distant cousins to get lost. But, if Uncle Sam REALLY needs you...ooh, boy

she had a factory job yeah friends that knew her that worked with her yeah yeah i see that an apartment manager and a lease and enough smarts to erase everything digitally saying there was a Laarni Bibal in California and not the one working in a factory in NewJersey yeah yeah true so yeah

I enjoyed the video very informative, in the next video include stupid winners like the one in Georgia that won on a scratch ticket and used his winnings to start a Crystal Meth Distribution business in 2019 I think, now that's a story people want to know about.

You will never hear from the smart Lottery winners.

That was very interesting, I learned things I wasnt aware of. And I had the stories of Bud Post and Jack Whittaker confused. I think I need to listen to it again. How sad for those winners but I hope it isnt the majority. The one thing I picked up is if you win keep your mouth shut, dont flaunt your winnings and keep to yourself.

Is the woman telling these stories Mrs. Chief Bottle Washer? She is very pretty.

Congratulations Kate on a great video. You gave us much more info than I had ever heard before. For example, i remember part of the story of DeeDee Moore who murdered Shakespeare down in Florida, but I had no idea that she had tried to bribe the family members to not turn her in. That takes some nerve. And the mind-boggling stupidity of David Lee Edwards just leaves me speechless. Thanks so much for this, we love this type of content.

Too bad the media seem to only tell the tales of the winners that meet tragic ends.

The media doesn't exist to write stories for the sake of writing stories. Once the winner has their money and the initial story dies down a story about how they successfully managed their money is barely more interesting than a story about how you or I manage our money. Stories like that don't get clicks or sell advertising, and that means they don't generate revenue, so you won't find many of them. Stories a... [ More ]

By the way - the statistic quoted in this video that 70% of lottery winners go broke within five years is false. That statistic

was put out by one group and became an internet myth propagated in the media. A little more online research shows the actual

number is closer to one third of winners go broke.
