I see Massachusetts 'updated' their Season Tickets. Can longer purchase them @ a retailer or Lotto office (ding #1). Can no longer buy a whole year's worth (ding #2). The call center is probably still in Atlanta (ding #3). The fees for this 'service' isn't cheap, so you guys like out of state folks get screwed now too.

I think we have the same income tax as MA, so why wouldn't you get 670K for a million like we would in Kentucky? $400K is a significantly lower.

Im in MA. I really want to win a $1 million prize on the fastest road ticket or the the second chance drawing for this game. Id take the Lump sum payment. Id have about $400K after all taxes. So much I could do with that. I could pay off my family's house if I wanted to, pay for 2 years of college buy a rental property. So Much. It would be so amazing. But mostly Id save it for when I start a family and figure out what kind of career training I want.

Ma has long been recognized as having the best lottery payouts in the land. I compare other states daily number payouts (that 500.00 fixed payout is criminal. Ma. averages 700.00) Their cash 5 game pays out better than any other state also with less numbers.

They changed their website so took me a bit to find prizes remaining. Bear in mind these tickets are based on sales over 15 million tickets. Not sure if MA, like VA ends their games when top prizes have been won or not. After jury duty I may go through their website with a fine tooth comb!

The Fastest Road To One Million .........now that's a game that lives up to it's name. I have never heard of a scratch off game with 122 one million dollar prizes. I am going to call and complain until my state lottery imports that game to my state. Congrats to Stephen ...... 2 times in 4 years is outstanding.
