My wife is from upstate New York and she sometimes did imitations of Yolanda Vega. I did get to see her a couple of times on visits there and saw how close her imitation was.

Sadly, many lotteries aren't doing ball drawings anymore, so we don't have as many hosts as we did in the past. It's unfortunate.

Are they going to replace her?

When Michigan got rid of Aggie Usedly and the rest of the on-air people they replaced them with a voice-over with nobody on screen.

Is NY up to the same with their announcers

i love her.

We knew about her all the way west coast, in California,

and i know some here in NC down south, who know of her.

Friends in NYC, DE.PA, too. Look great in her senior citizen years now over age 65 too. She truly is aging well.

KEEP enjoying your life, Miss New York(i called her that)

Love her and how she announce it,and ends it, each drawing. Good luck to her.

Can you imagine being the host who has to replace Yolanda? No matter what the next person does they will be compared to Yolanda for the next 30 years. It's very tough to replace an icon.

Her Husband probably retired from the police force long ago and now they can enjoy their retirements together. I think he was a Statie? (State Police Officer).
