Interesting.

It would be interesting to know the politics behind the decisions.

Seems wrong to me that if the lottery is a VOLUNTARY tax, like you often hear, that those funds would go to a country in the Middle East.

Especially considering the level of corruption in both Iraq and in Portland.

Do they have to pay extra taxes?

The company will have a database, but I doubt it is available to the public.

The company (and various others doing the same thing) advertise that they have services to aid winners.

This is the outfit that managed (IIRC.. based on risk to his/her life) to protect the identity of an Iraqi (living in Iraq) who won the Oregon lottery (2015ish

I know many people frown upon this because of thieves and such, but I aint afraid of theives. Growing up in el barrio, i got thieve climbing through the windows all the time.

When I called the cops, they were like, yeah you should lock all your windows all the time .

Really? The solution is to imprison myself?

I believe it's better, because this company has a proven track record of multiple jackpot wins successfully awarded to players. They have been around for a long time too -- not as long as Lottery Post (which has been around for 22 years), but it's got to be nearly 20 years now.
