It seems likely he is gambling well over 100.00 a day on those tickets. 365 days a year wipes out his wins or nearly does.

Dude what are you talking about Maryland is NOT a state that has the most scratch off, Powerball or Mega Millions winners. The top states are California and New York. California has more lottery vending machines in more locations than any other state in the U.S.
