My favorite kind of story...rags to riches feel good story. Memory says some guy I think in Illinois was still homeless when he won buckets of money on a lottery ticket.

OTOH Massachusetts getting closer to having on-line lottery sales. They just passed on-line sports betting. Funny the article had the same argument used here in KY that it would hurt brick and mortar stores. This has been disproven. My goodness, my Puritan minded homestate coming out of 1620 mentality.
