More information is needed to check the probability of this coincidence.

To compute the probability that at least one player wins two $1 million prizes in the same game, the following information is needed.

How many times did she play the game? How many other people played the game at least as many times as she did? (when she won the second time) What are the odds of winning a $1 million dollar prize? (from lotto website).
