I have a feeling that the winning ticketholder whose ticket is expiring is a very shy person like Rocky's wife Adrian and just figures the $1 mil isn't worth the bother.

Let's face it folks .... what can one do with a mil anyway? Not much!

What does FXXX mean.

Looked it up in both the dictionary and thesaurus but, to no avail.

Ugh, all this confusion is making me crave my favorite sandwich, liverwurst, tomato, lettuce and onion on rye bread spread with Dijon mustard and accompanied by gherkin pickles and sweet potato chips. And a can of cream soda, moxie or birch beer to boot.

I know a guy that was running late for a doctor's appointment when he stopped to buy gas and he also bought a scratch off. Because he was in a hurry, he shoved the scratch off in the glove compartment of his car and took off for the doctor's office. Perhaps, perhaps not. Doesn't really matter. If a person takes the time and money to buy a ticket, it's not the state lottery's job to spend time and money tracking that person down. It's the buyer who should take the 60 seconds to check the ticket.

The lotteries do post notices about tickets due to expire.

If they really wanted, the State-run Lottos could figure out who bought the ticket. Obtain video, cross reference credit/debit card purchases, etc.
