And let's not trash southern states with stereotypes. You may be begging to live in a southern state in the near future.

He does have some big shoes to fill, but who knows, Ryan may end up being the best lottery director ever. In either case, I doubt his photo will have any bearing on the outcome. I tend to avoid criticizing people for physical appearance. That's a really outdated concept, so I'm surprised to see it.

That mugshot doesn't exactly make you want to rush out and buy tickets in that state. A necktie leftover from 1967 and that haircut and only 4 teeth makes me wonder if he isn't really from Mississippi.

Before I read the story, I saw his photo and thought he looks like a young, new, and overworked associate at a law firm.

At least his work hours will be more reasonable with no minimum billable hours.
