So is the top prize in Michigan on all scratch offs the actual amount won? Or is it over a certain amount...? The article about the Ohio player that won the $15 mil top prize but took the cash option was $7.5 mil before taxes,so I guess maybe each state does it differently

Sounds like a similar story that has been on here before. 14 is both their lucky number. Come on. Who asks the clerk for a ticket number when you only play twice a year. Only the 2nd time he played. At least it wasn't the first time like the last two recently who claimed that. Had to take the day off from work because he was hyperventilating. Please. Why go back to work although he is only 32 so maybe.
