Yes, I think that is some kind of historic record for quads to fall back to back. I do agree that most people probably would not play quads immediately after one fell. On the other hand, the thinking could be that since 8-8-8-8, fell why not play 2-2-2-2 because that could fall soon as well. Those people were correct to play their quad immediately after. I wonder if any of the of the winners played both sets of quads

First time i've ever seen a quad fall twice in 2 days, and in the same state, for that matter!

After the first quad, 8888 fell, most people probably didn't play quads again, believing that the odds of one returning would be very slim.

I certainly wouldn't have played quads immediately after one fell.

So true but is it really worth it in the long run. One probably end up spending close to $ 2,500 or $5.000 by the time a quad does hit. It is wild because so many people spend so much money on the pick 3, pick 4 and pick 5, when the pay out does not seem that great.

Probably a lot of players play .50 rather than $1. $1,236,120/504 = $2452. .50 straight pays $2500. Some probably play $1 to win $5000.

My question always is, how long does one have to play their quads before it is a winner. Twice a day for seven days a week for months, the money adds up quickly.
